Tot Botot and His Little Flute by Laura Cation

Illustrated by Arnold Lobel

When little Tot Botot plays his flute in the Indian jungle, all his animal friends come to listen. But one animal comes who is not a friend...

Laura Cathon's story is as charming and simple as the song Tot Botot plays on his flute. And surely if he had chosen to illustrate his adventure, his pictures would look exactly like these by Arnold Lobel.
