Arthur Baysting is an award-winning screenwriter, children's television writer, a songwriter and an advocate for children's rights. He comes from New Zealand and used to be a stand-up comedian.

Justine Clarke is an Australian actress, singer, musician, author and television host. She has been acting since the age of seven and has appeared in some of Australia's best-known TV shows. She is best known as a presenter on the Australian children's show Play School; a role with she has held since 1999.

Tom Jellett is an Australian illustrator based in Sydney. His picture books with Justine Clarke and Arthur Baysting, The Gobbledygook is Eating a Book and The Gobbledygook and the Scribbledynoodle have been Australian bestsellers.
