Emanuela Bussolati is trained as an architect, but instead of designing houses and skyscrapers, she decided to design and illustrate children's books, particularly for the very young. She has collaborated with English, French and Italian publishing houses as an illustrator, screenwriter and project creator. She has won several prizes thanks to her research about the studying of books as a device to communicate and listen to children.

Emanuela has designed and illustrated books for French and English publishers, books which have won major awards. Her drawings, stories, games has reached children all over the world and she really likes the idea of ​​sowing emotions and joy.
